There is a 2 night minimum stay required for all reservations. One-night stays are considered on a case-by-case basis only. A $25 up charge will be added to the rates for all pre-approved one-night stays.

These adorable glamping pods are nestled in the trees near Lake Tiny Town. These little wooden cabins offer a more comfortable alternative to a traditional tent, while still allowing the occupant to feel they are getting closer to nature. Inside each heated & air conditioned hobbit hut you will find a queen size bed and two nightstands. There is no running water inside these cute little cabins, but there is the Mess Hall with a full kitchen and 2 restrooms nearby.

Nightly Rate May – October
Weekends (Friday & Saturday): $100.00 per night + tax (2 guests or less)
Weekdays (Sunday through Thursday): $75.00 per night + tax (2 guests or less)

Nightly Rate November – April
Weekends or Weekdays: $75.00 per night + tax (2 guests or less)

Pet cleaning fee: $25.00 + tax per pet
You are permitted to bring your housebroken pets for an additional pet fee of $25.00 per pet per stay. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside any building. If damages occur due to your pet you will be held responsible. While outside we request that you keep your pet on a leash and clean up after them. No one wants to step in doggie poo! Service animals that have been properly trained to assist with a specific task are excluded from the pet fee, but you must let us know in advance that you are bringing a service animal and what task has the dog been trained to perform. Please note that animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Any reservation that is found to have pets not previously included on their reservation will be assessed a $50.00 + tax fee, per pet. Tiny House Adventures Resort reserves the right to remove pets and their owners for inappropriate behaviors, especially if they disturb or endanger other guests.

By making your reservation, you agree that Tiny House Adventures Resort cannot and will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries, including, but not limited to:

  • Using floating devices or swimming in the lake, as well as jumping or diving into the lake.
  • Walking or riding a bike on uneven terrain, as well as slips and falls.
  • Snake bites, insect or bee stings, or allergic reaction to any natural or manmade things.
  • Transportation by bus, van, or other vehicle to any activities.

You also accept responsibility for every person in your party.

Hobbit Hut Rules
— You will need to provide your own paper products and personal hygiene items (paper towels, paper plates, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap, etc.).
— All of our units are NON SMOKING. You are permitted to smoke outside the units, under the pergola, on the porch, etc., but the windows and doors must remain closed. If there is a smoke odor (including, but not limited to, cannabis, tobacco or illicit drugs) inside the unit you will be assessed a $200.00 cleaning fee. If tobacco waste (including butts or filters) is found on the ground, you are responsible for removal. Ashtrays and trash cans are provided for appropriate disposal. If not removed a charge of $100.00 per hour will be assessed for removal.
— There is parking for one vehicle near the hobbit hut. If you have extra vehicles, please park them in the parking area at the office or pavilion. Vehicles are prohibited from parking in the grass and must stay on the gravel parking pads. Side-by-sides, UTVs, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, and golf cards are welcome, but must abide by the same rules as all other vehicles and are prohibited from being in the grass.
— Visitors are permitted but must leave by 11:00 pm. You are responsible for the behavior and actions of all persons staying with or visiting you. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny House Adventures Resort, of and from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and court costs arising out of or in any way connected with or alleged to have risen out of use of the facilities.
— You will be required to make good on any damages arising from use of Tiny House Adventures Resort property and facilities.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

  • To book your reservation we require advance payment in full.
  • In order to receive a refund you must cancel or make any changes at least 21 days before you are scheduled to arrive.
  • There is a $25.00 service fee if you cancel your reservation.
  • Any changes or cancellations made 20 days in advance or less are non refundable.

CHECK IN AND OUT: You may check in any time after 3:00 pm. You must check out before 11:00 am.
